Transmission

The increasing amount of data to transmit between a mission aircraft and the ground has lead us to invent new devices, an under aircraft retracting mast holding video antenna that projects the antenna more than 2 meters away from aircraft structure, and allowing in-sight transmission up to 230 km (143 mi)!
Protoplane has also designed antenna pods, to assemble a set of antenna on a single device that minimizes the drilling of aircraft skin (a great progress for pressurized aircraft).
